Ecology
Blue Chromis is found in shallow water and stays near coral reefs to feed plankton. Juveniles often stay close to the ground because of Predators. This species is often found alone or in small groups.
Description
Measures 3 to 4 inches in length, with a maximum of 5 inches. Exhibits a brilliant blue coloration, with the back often appearing darker.
