Ecology

Juveniles are often found in shallow water and adults inhabit over coral reefs, rocky reefs and mangroves in small groups in depths from 12 to 60 feet. It feeds on crustaceans, bivalves and rarely on small fish

Description

It has a yelllow-gold base color with blue stripes on top of it. The dorsal fin is dark and the size varies from 8 to 14 inches.
