Service Description

Great for beginners who want to explore the underwater world. You will get 40 minutes training on the science of marine ecology and afterwards will spend 1 hours exploring the Cozumel Coral Reef ecosystem first-hand. This all-inclusive course provides all the equipment you'll need.

Cancellation Policy

As a small non-profit, please understand that the number of spaces we have and courses we can offer are limited. Short notice cancellations and rescheduling hurt our revenue and the restoration work it funds. We truly appreciate it when clients let us know if they can’t attend their booked courses as soon as possible. For cancellations/rescheduling requests made with less than a week's notice a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee will be applied. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of a course start time is considered a last-minute cancellation and will not be refunded. The only exceptions are in the case of a medical emergency, in which case we will provide a refund if a doctor's note is provided. Weather Policy: Diving is most importantly about safety. When the North winds become too severe, the Cozumel harbormaster closes the port to all underwater activities, cancelling your dive. If the dive is canceled updates will be sent to participants via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible, with options provided to either reschedule your course or receive a refund.
